FAQ

Is my data safe?
Absolutely. This tool uses client-side technology (HTML5 + WebAssembly). All File parsing and chart rendering happen locally on your browser. Data never leaves your device.
Which chart types are supported?
We currently support the 6 most common types:
  • Bar Chart: Best for comparing categories.
  • Line Chart: Best for trends over time.
  • Pie / Doughnut Chart: Best for showing proportions.
  • Radar Chart: Best for multi-variable comparison.
  • Polar Area Chart: Similar to Pie, but with equal angles.
Does it support non-English characters?
Yes. The tool relies on browser native encoding handling (UTF-8 recommended) and renders fonts supported by your system, so local languages like Chinese, Japanese, etc., display correctly.
Can I use the charts for commercial purposes?
Yes. You own the charts you create. You can use them for any personal or commercial project without attribution.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes. The interface is fully responsive and works on mobile phones and tablets, allowing you to create charts on the go.
Is there a data size limit?
Technically, it depends on your device's memory. For typical datasets (e.g., thousands of rows), unique processing is instant. Very large files might slow down the browser.
What export formats are supported?
Currently, we support exporting as **PNG** images with transparent backgrounds, perfect for embedding in documents.
What if I find a bug or need a feature?
We actively maintain this free tool. If you encounter issues or want new chart types (like scatter or heatmaps), please contact us via the footer links.
